Skills/Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication & people skills
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Comfortable with in-person outreach
- Valid transportation for local travel
- Organized; good time management
- Basic digital skills (email, spreadsheets,
CRM) - Outreach/sales/marketing experience is a plus
- Must pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Visit local partners to build relationships
- Present products/services clearly
- Identify customer needs & opportunities
- Act as liaison between customers and team
- Track outreach and provide feedback
Compensations
• $18/hour (training)
• Path to full-time role based on performance
• Hands-on experience in outreach & business development
*After 12-month retention
